Chicken (1500-1800 gr.) 1 pc
Fresh onions 4 pcs.
Onion 1 pc.
Artichokes 450g. 1 pack
Olive oil 100 gr.
White wine 350 gr. (1 cup)
Lettuce 1 pc
Eggs (yolks) 3 pc
Lemon (juice) 1 pc
Salt - Pepper
We are preparing to cut the chicken into 8 pieces (it is advisable to do the butcher for us).
In a wide saucepan, heat the olive oil and gently fry the chicken pieces without getting paint.
